Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) is an entrance exam which is conducted semi-annually. RIMC is an Institution that comes under category A establishment of Defence. The admission is restricted to boys only. Interested candidates are always invited by the institution.

Written Examination:- It is divided into three parts:-
1. General Knowledge (75 Marks)
2. English (125Marks)
3. Mathematics (200 Marks)
Interview:
The oral examination consist of a viva voce test of 50 Marks, which to check assess a candidate’s Intelligence, personality, and confidence.
The minimum passing marks will be 50%.
RIMC Syllabus
English: Common Errors, Synonyms and Antonyms, One word Substitution, Idioms, Phrases, Miscellaneous, Essay writing, Story writing, Letter writing.
Mathematics: Number system, HCF, LCM, Square and square root, Average ratio and Proportion, Percentage, Profit and Loss, Time and Distance, Time & work, Simple interest, Basic Operations & Factorization, Linear equation, Set Theory, Lines & Angles, Triangles, Quadrilateral, Parallelogram, Polygon,
Mensuration, Area of Field book, Cube and cuboid.
General Science: Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
General knowledge: History, Geography, General Science. General Knowledge, Sports.
